1. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:
– The student cancels their enrollment within 2 days of payment and before accessing course material.
– The course is canceled by Pingmedia due to unforeseen circumstances.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
– After 2 days of payment or if course access has been granted
– If the student has attended live classes or accessed more than 10% of the course
– For dissatisfaction due to personal reasons
3. Refund Process
To request a refund, you must:
– Submit a written request to info@pingmedia.org within the eligible period
– Provide proof of payment and reason for the refund request
Once reviewed and approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
